Forever Me​

Our journeys to the healthier, Happier Fitter Forever Me will be different. Some have more to lose than others, for some the journey maybe easier, others may have ups and downs. As everyone’s journey is different the Forever Me programme is an add-on to be taken when you feel ready.

There is an option to repeat the Transformative Programme to keep more frequent group and hypnotherapy support, especially for those like me whose journey may take longer. The choice is yours.

The Forever Me Programme consists of four fortnightly sessions and two monthly sessions. These sessions with provide you with a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationship with food. It will be solution and future focused. The aim is to empower you to feel confident in the new you, to embrace the future and look forward. You will receive a further two MP3s which will focus on the future; there just in case you need them around Holiday times etc.

Tuesday - 9am - 6pm

Wednesday - 5.30 - 9pm.

Thursday - 12.30 - 5.30pm.

Friday - 9am - 6pm.

Saturday- 9am - 3pm.

Sunday. 9am - 7pm.
